heres current laser cut metal over a estimated 24" radius. this is what i scaled it for.

very nice of him to do that work. id be curious to how he cut the sphere. my guess is a router arm from the backside?

not sure the tools, he cut it while i was on cumberland, going by tomorrow and will def ask him.  he said he was going to have to make some kind of a jig to do it. on the back he said he was going to use like 3 strips of thin ply i think.

ha. yeh thats what i figured. interesting router... cant make it out. looks like a jigsaw but the cut is def router

here are the three sign bg's we have. there not super different, they look a little more varied in person, can def sort them from darkest overall (bottom) to lightest (top right) though if planning with diff finishes on the metal.  after done with titanfall post up the color options you ordered for the metal maybe and then ill mail you a plate that matches what you want

here are the colors of patina i have coming.
and planning on leaving one bare metal

mock up the color or pick the one of the 3 you and ill mail tomorrow

left leg is the rainbow patina and right is the black done on cold metal.
the rusty areas are the rainbow and i think i got it to hot, then rinsed to quickly. got a weird rust reaction. prob gonna call the supplier and get some tips.

able to see pic large now, id like one blk and one rainbow (if you can get rainbow one like left leg above and not all splotchy)

you'll have wood backing thurs from fedex

do you need to coat sign backing/spacer hardware as well or that be hidden enough to not need it most likely?
