i want to make a nice booklet/layout that we can print, so i can send it with the booths when they go out instead of just a pdf. also so they have no excuse to not have it at the install location.  (callidus for instance called me like 3x asking questions that were all answered on the pdf i sent, but they didnt have it with them, apparently)

at minimum i want to set it up as a pdf thats formatted like the contracts/presentations normally do

if you can think of cooler layouts for it, go for it
