AB office is up for contract renewal. found this place the other day, inside of the bldg is ridic sick, even cooler than current setup, and closer to home, free parking in a lot and not have to mess with a garage/pay meters/etc like i do now.

its the whole top floor of this, they have like a dozen subdivided i think

early fall i called to see their prices, talked to Tanya / Falcoln Properties, i think @ 828-274-3055)

this is what they had then

150 sq/ft - $250 (no windows)

173 sq/ft - $350

385 sq/ft - $800

see what they have open now and in near future. looking for something 150-250ft prob, but see what kind of range they have...

note on timing, could do as soon as immediate move in, basically the sooner the better if they have something, but can wait month or two if something better is opening up

tanya is located in office #7. office #1 always open for viewing.

ran by office this morning. looks sick. paint the walls and decorate it and it would be waaay sicker than current place, and double the size. need to get them from 700 to about 500 though, id do it for that. ill talk to them later...
