i've got an extra computer (mac mini) and display here, want to find a cheap ish but decent looking single user desk for the office now that have ton of space. see if anything you like, idea/etc
also, thought about getting a stainless work table for the oso room, be nice to take photos on of protos/etc once we get to that point. stuff like ESD desks/etc, what that cost, any cheaper but nice or those all be crazy expensive?

ironically i ran across this the other day and was surprised at the prices for the legs how cheap they were.
myles just built a few desks for his. got a solid core door, and put a black finish on it, think he called it gel stain. it basically looks just like my desk, sort of a dark matte blk, looks nice. he was going to make raw plywood boxes for each end for the uprights
what could we get for the top on those legs abive?

i used a door top for a while. i dont think it was solid core, so felt pretty cheap.
you planning on using that as a desk? tap around on it, if you use it much the hollowcore may drive you nuts. you can almost hear the keystrokes and moving the mouse around. sounds hollow, obviously.

also i dont think its going to like anything drilled into it like legs. i think where the hinges go is reinforced but everywhere else is real thin material.
