Attached are a number of different axure files we have from Jim.
Most are outdated and not current. Probably best to use what we can to rebuild new files / folders.
Your first task are in asana in the UX project:
Workflow should be pretty straight forward but high level…
We have 5 swimlanes: BLOCKED, APPROVED, NEEDS REVIEW, IN PROGRESS, OPEN
highest priority in a swim lane is at the top of the list lowest is… lowest. Eg:
OPEN:
1: HIGHEST
2: MEDIUM
3: LOW
4: LOWEST
5: etc
You should move task from Open to in progress to Needs Review or blocked.
Blocked your stuck and need something.
Needs Review is you think its complete and need my approval. I will move to approved if completed. We should review Needs review and blocked together
Once approved it will go to dev for development
Take a look at asana for task and hmu on slack for questions. I see you are still on there and asana. Ping me here if any problems connecting to slack.
