Dierkes Branding + Web

Positioning Notes

Posted by Justin Bernard on February 5, 2019

1) Do you have any examples of business that come to mind, in the same or similar market/field, that you really value how they present? These may be local/regional/national. No

2) Inversely, do you have any examples that quickly come to mind of what you do not like from a presentation/representation/positioning standpoint?  Leslie & Associates, Tessier Associates

3) Have you worked on an elevator pitch (short/sub 1minute explanation of what your services are) for your new business yet?  Totally fine if not, but let me know. No

4) Let me know any naming variations you’ve already thought of.  Fine if it's just the one.  Just the Dierkes Management Group (which I am not sold on).

Primary Qualities:

1) I am an Asheville native and know the soul of the town. (want to see it thrive, stay local)

2) I am an owner as well and have a vested interest in the city and how neighboring properties are leased/maintained.

3) We typically stay 95-100% occupied and have a constant stream of referrals. Our high occupancy rate and tenant retention along with the referral stream is an added value
