looks like Contact Form 7 has been in the game for about 5 years and still highest rated and one people like the best.

looks like he's using ajax and way they originally set it up doesnt want to play nice with a page redirect.

but someone came out with this plugin-addon that supposedly works well.

doesnt really need a redirect, actually be nicer if it did an inline update, ie stay on same page, just go to a 'complete' page that we can put a pdf download link on

what do you mean. theres only 2 kinds of notifications. redirect to a 'thank you' page. or show a highlighted txt "your request has been submitted"

why not just redirect them or pop up a thanks page

what like to do is have a little download pdf icon after submitted

looks to popup an auto message after successful send.
then you can modify that as need be and placement:
