left all the mockup bg files in the mobile. in the whole layout, they had things off center in all the art. so thats why its off horz a few pixels.

damn. thats what it was. corrupted webfont file showing up on the firefox browswer. now i have to go back and fix all the margins for every piece of txt

Taylor Bernard on June 15, 2015:

oh also, check out that art error in the above picture. see the bg darken overlay layer not going all the way down. obviously a mistake right?

Justin Bernard on June 15, 2015:

stank on the text, literally never had that happen

maybe do a prelim check next time if not using font squirrel, its the most popular tool for that by far, the others may be more iffy. apparenlty.

and totally on that art, thats some mistake they made with shade, prob added that overlay to make the wht text stand off more.  you can slide it down all the way

thx

Taylor Bernard on June 15, 2015:

that art is merged

Justin Bernard on June 15, 2015:

lolz

dont worry about it, i'll get them to fix it later on, be an easy img replace

Taylor Bernard on June 15, 2015:

updated the /canvas path and fixed all the text errors on all the main and mobile. + a lot of spacing errors

Justin Bernard on June 16, 2015:

cool thx

go ahead and strip the temp bg images out

also, did you never build the mobile header i asked you to?

Taylor Bernard on June 16, 2015:

canvas updated with mobile header

Justin Bernard on June 16, 2015:

thx

not sure if you are working on a local build and then adding to server
add this to whatever is your build
http://cloud.fleeangrybear.com/1y3s0U1J1335

lego ico file
you just put them in root

Justin Bernard on June 16, 2015:

also, be sure to pull out those bg images, if its lineing up for you, its all good, just double check

the hor centering is fine, yours is better.  if other stuff looks good, strip the alignment images

next finish the mobile nav
when that is done, do a mockup page with iframe using that steam widget

thx

Justin Bernard on June 16, 2015:

also double check that your font update didnt mess up the desktop views

i went to desktop/home, the titles look off on vert spacing a lot now
http://client.fleeangrybear.com/lego/canvas/home.html
(leog worlds/official trailer) running together

see if thats happening anywhere else and fix it

basically need you to 100% QA it then pass it off to me, the mobile nav can work, i do that later...

Justin Bernard on June 16, 2015:

also strip out any of your alignment bg images in desktop, looks like there are a few still in there

Justin Bernard on June 16, 2015:

where we at boss?

Taylor Bernard on June 16, 2015:

cleaning up all those desktop ones. looks like i didnt put some of the floating parallax (blocks) elements in there on the pages early on. was trying to get main content down. almost done

Taylor Bernard on June 16, 2015:

what you want to do here. i think they are doing something funky in PS i cant replicate in css. its like the space between the words is less, if i try to reduce letter spacing it scrunches letters together, but still has that space

Justin Bernard on June 16, 2015:

dont worry about it

Taylor Bernard on June 16, 2015:

k ill leave that proof in that section in there and i took out the rest

Taylor Bernard on June 16, 2015:

ive got it where you just add or take away mockup_ in front of the bg image filename so you can easily toggle between.

Justin Bernard on June 16, 2015:

k thx

still at canvas?

Taylor Bernard on June 16, 2015:

updated files.
on the mobile nav its doing a weird bug at the header.
i made the margin-top: 20px so you could see what it was doing.
they are supposed to all stack on top, and all the sections do. but section1 overllaps into the header by like 10px.
and you can see it there. its supposed to be 20px from the top but only showing up like 10, so when it remove it, it sucks up 10px into the header for some reason.

Justin Bernard on June 24, 2015:

modded your code to work for combined desktop/mobile views, fullscreen width at any res

Taylor Bernard on June 24, 2015:

cool.
howd the coding look compared to webb. any better?
any thing im doing constantly that need to break out of? besides not knowing how to do list very well.

you know the header menu has a mouseover function right? thats why i made the bottom strip seperate colors. so you could easily change bg color of the div that the icon is in, i think it turns the txt and icon white, and uses same color in the 2px strip below it to fill the whole thing on a mouseover state
