up on server under /carbon
only thing i couldnt figure out is on the mobile theres a dropshadow on the background.
it has to be auto because it auto populates due to amount of copy. so i cant absolute it.
just made it a div after the whole tile background. probably can just -19px the footer top margin to suck it up under the drop when needed?
let me know if you have a fix. i even tried the calc function. to do calc (auto + 19px) so i could abs the div at the bottom and still would auto based on content. but that didnt work.

if not, knock those out, first today, client will integrate them with their cms, but ill do production/css on it
