you seeing this edge runoff on your screen? i cant see it in AI but for some reason showing here @ 100%

looks good.  send a moderately res jpg version of that one (big enough all text is readable)

dont worry about the lines overlapping for now as we probably are going to be scaling this thing up once we get higher res bg image.  this is big reason i dont like illus on stuff like this, its terrible on getting even pixel stuff, psd this is so much easier. it could be right and is just doing wrong at scales less than 100%, ive seen it do that a lot.

i just made the white bg boxes butt up next to the pics, so even if off a pixel cant really tell.
