we have a huge zip of copy/image content.  it looks to be pretty organized

http://cloud.fleeangrybear.com/0v352r2d1V1b (250mb file, may take a few more mins to upload)

there's a pdf in each file, that has quite a few notes as far as images/copy i believe

lets work on updating just the normal page views, not desktop or mobile, i'll size accordingly for those later

basically we have these sections

1) home
2) about
3) contact
4) journal
4) journal subpage
5) projects
6) projects subpage

work through one at a time, make note on basecamp under this Site Content section if you have any questions, or see stuff that is missing , so we can keep up with inventory needs

thx

Justin Bernard on May 21, 2015:

here are changes for current content from client, mostly its just adding in some more copy where we have greek

go through all sections 1 by 1 and make sure all notes are picked up, going for client review as soon as its done

let me know if anythign is a tech or content question

Justin Bernard on May 21, 2015:

the other request was if you could list out all the projects we have thus far on project page.  so instead of just 'project details', go 'project name', for all 9 we have

Taylor Bernard on May 21, 2015:

on the main projects page here? like make bg image tiles and put correct names over each widget?

Taylor Bernard on May 21, 2015:

dang. on the projects footer floorplan image i forgot to do the color effect and left it full color. heres the other one they had being used.
but trying to do a color overlay or anything on the 2 floorpplan images they provided really cant be done.
way more complex and all the objects would just be filled with brown.

Justin Bernard on May 21, 2015:

just apply the brown, and that way they can see it doesnt work well

Taylor Bernard on May 21, 2015:

whats this mean. grey bg?
make txt white?

Justin Bernard on May 21, 2015:

on current html page, that area is wht

in his comp, and in screen shot above, its white

you sure your monitor not calibrated?  its diff color, i think you had this before on light greys

Taylor Bernard on May 21, 2015:

thats weird. its showing straight white to my eyes. i opened org psd and color sampled and its #f4f4f4

but on my monitor i cant see any difference.

Taylor Bernard on May 21, 2015:

i have journal subpage setup like this. grey bg container. left column left margin'd. right column riht margined.
youre saying with zindex i can make right column bust out of the container as well as the header div and float over both? thought zindex was inherit where it could only layer over stuff in the same div containing it.

Justin Bernard on May 21, 2015:

z index is made to work with entire page, so you can use it to jump out of bounds and move stuff/overlap stuff

crazy on the grey, i'm looking at it on a 27" mac display and my macbook, and there's a big diff

check diff screen?

Justin Bernard on May 21, 2015:

that missing grey is both on the screencap you did above with the color selctor tool, as well as the left column in the screen above that you have red/green for journal entry page

Taylor Bernard on May 21, 2015:

dang. maybe my monitor is to bright. its blowing that subtle of a gray.
checked on pc as well, i can see it but have to look at a weird angle. both calibrated with some spyder.

Taylor Bernard on May 21, 2015:

so both the columns above are supposed to be that gray as well?

Taylor Bernard on May 21, 2015:

when i set zindex of green box to 3 and header container  to 1, then top-margin say 20px on green box its still doing top margin from the body container (gray)
any ideas?

Taylor Bernard on May 21, 2015:

fixed one project view environmental overhead floorplan shot. the other i cant fix. its got merged bg plates in the same art as the lines. if i put a color overlay on it it will be just big sheets of brown instead of detail lines.

Justin Bernard on May 21, 2015:

on the floorplan, then leave it blank
